Application Example: Weather Resistance Evaluation Measurement

For screening before this test! Oxidation can be performed simultaneously with CL measurement using heat and light.

The weak light detection device "Chemiluminescence Analyzer" allows for rapid and easy weather resistance evaluation. By combining this product with the light irradiation unit "CLO-LIS," simultaneous CL measurement can be performed while inducing oxidation with heat and light. This enables a quick and simple weather resistance evaluation, accelerating the development of new materials. 【For concerns like these】 ■ Worried about weather resistance due to "heat" and "light" ■ If only we could evaluate degradation while simultaneously degrading with "heat" and "light"... 【Features】 ■ Rapid and simple weather resistance evaluation - For screening before the main test - To speed up the development of new materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Providing Case Studies] Measurement of Oxidative Degradation by Chemiluminescence Method

World's highest sensitivity class luminescence detection device "Chemiluminescence Analyzer" [Exhibiting at JASIS N-Plus Exhibition]

The Chemiluminescence Analyzer (CLA series) is a device that measures extremely weak light that is invisible to the human eye, capable of detecting light emitted from substances at the photon level (50 photons/cm²/sec, approximately one ten-thousandth of the light of fireflies, at the 10^-14 Watt level), making it one of the highest sensitivity luminescence detection devices in the world. Organic materials such as plastics emit this invisible weak light when they undergo oxidative degradation. By detecting this weak luminescence with high sensitivity, we can evaluate the early stages of oxidative degradation. By capturing the very early state of oxidative degradation, we can assist in: - Reducing the time for acceleration → shortening product development - Analyzing defective and problematic products → enhancing product quality This time, we will introduce a collection of use cases: - Determining the suitability of storage materials - Countermeasures for silent changes - Evaluation of recycled materials - Reducing evaluation time for accelerated tests - Determining the effectiveness of additives - Predicting lifespan - Measuring weather resistance evaluation We also accept commissioned measurements. Currently, we are running a "first measurement free" campaign. Please consider trying it out.
